Oklahoma Streamlining

The SRF Program staff in Oklahoma have entered into a contract with Elations Systems Inc. to allow access to their Davis Bacon compliance software for all SRF projects (CW and DW). The software allows custom reports for tracking of Davis Bacon compliance. It is linked with the Department of Labor’s website to make sure the most up-to-date wage rates are used in projects added by borrowers and then automatically checks submitted certified payrolls for compliance. The staff of the Oklahoma Resource Board are currently going through a pilot project for borrowers to enter data and check to make sure the process is helpful and setup correctly for Oklahoma.
